Daily routineÌý

About the school daily routine

The daily routine at school is important for optimizing the educational process, ensuring regularity and stability, developing self-discipline and organisation. It promotes the health of students by alternating periods of activity and rest, facilitates the coordination of the work of the school team and creates conditions for socialisation and the development of social skills.Ìý

When developing the daily regime, we took into account the following points:Ìý

  • alternating classes with breaks for rest and active physical activity, which will help children maintain high performance and maintain interest in learningÌý
  • organisation of school meals. The daily routine includes time for breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner, which helps to maintain the energy and health of children.Ìý
  • The schedule includes breaks for walks in the fresh air and physical education, which is important for physical development and strengthening the immune system.Ìý
  • We have included time in the schedule for creative activities and games that promote imagination, creative thinking, and social skills.Ìý

The daily routine of Â鶹ÊÓƵ has several important goals:Ìý

  • Organization of the learning process helps to plan and conduct lessons in a structured way, ensuring efficient use of time.
  • Disciplineinstils a sense of responsibility in students because they know when and what to do.
  • Maintaining the rhythm of lifehelps students get used to a regular daily routine, which is important for their physical and mental health.
  • Effective learningprovides alternation of mental activity with rest breaks, which increases the effectiveness of learning and prevents overwork.
  • Coordination of teachers' workallows our teachers to plan their lessons, consultations and other educational activities, ensuring the coordinated work of the entire team.
  • Socialisationenables our students to interact with peers at different times of the day, which promotes the development of social skills.
  • Safetyprovides a clear order for students to move around the school, which is important for their safety.
